The long experience of XPATIT S.A. in the IT industry has resulted in our frequent contact with sales and provision of services to Government Agencies and Public Organizations. Staying true to our philosophy and given our steadfast compliance with the laws and our environmental consciousness, our company has been listed in the Ministry of Environment and Energy Register of EEE Producers since 31/08/2013, with Reg. No: 753, which means we are authorized to bid in tenders published by public organizations, where appropriate.

We have a daily, successful contact with representatives or technicians from the public sector. Through the physical or not attendance of our technicians in spaces under study, we provide our technical opinion and advice where needed, without difficulties or unnecessary time-consuming procedures. We prepare our offers on a daily basis, including all documents required by the relevant agency, and we are always available for any queries or problems that may arise.

Our cooperation with Government Agencies has been also tested in cases of faulty goods (RMA), since we provide fast and successful assistance, without waiting for the manufacturer’s response on the devices in question.
