Details entered when a new Customer registers.
Attention! Based on the law, XPATIT does not collect personal data from children under the age of 16. Therefore, for the registration of a new customer on our website, the visitor by accepting the terms of use of our website, solemnly declares that he/she is at least 16 years old.
When a new Customer registers on Xpatit’s online store, as required for placing an order online, the following registration details are necessary:
Full Name, Address, Zip Code, City-District, Country, Phone, Fax, Email Address and for business customers Company Name, VAT ID, Public Fiscal Service and Profession.
The above details are necessary for your order to be processed by our online store, and are always available solely for handling a Customer’s order.
Use of customer details.
The online store may only collect the personal information of Customers who:
a. have either placed an order at the online store; or
b. have registered through the online store website.
Collecting personal information is necessary for supporting transactions made through the website, including shipment delivery and special features, such as order history, address list, etc.
