How to Place an Order
You can place your order in our company as follows:
Online Orders
To place your XPATIT order online, you should first register with our online store at http://www.xpatit.gr/my-account.html or by clicking the «My account» option on our website. When registering with XPATIT’s online store, you will be asked to provide the following details: Email Address, Username, Password, Confirm Password, First Name, Last Name, Address, City, Zip Code, Country, District/Prefecture, Phone, Mobile Phone, Fax, and for companies: Company Name, VAT No, Tax Office and Business Activity. The above details are necessary for your order to be processed by our online store, and are always available solely for handling your order. The online store may only collect the personal information of Customers who:
- have either placed an order at the online store; or
- have registered through the online store website.
Collecting personal information is necessary for supporting transactions made through the website, including shipment delivery and special features, such as order history, address list, etc. Xpatit shall not share any Customer’s email address or other personal information for marketing purposes without the User’s consent. We may take full advantage of a User’s personal information to create personal content, services and advertisements related to our website. Product Availability
Product details also include phrases indicating product availability. In particular, products are divided into available (marked as “In Stock”) and expected (marked as “2-3 days”, “3-5 days”, “7 days”, “14 days”). In any case, we reserve the right to notify our customers of the expected time of delivery, in case of any subsequent unavailability (after the order has been placed) of any item (orders are always processed in order of placement). In that case, if it is deemed that a transaction is damaging for the customer, as a result of a delay, the customer may unilaterally cancel the order in writing (by email) at no cost.
If only part of an order is unavailable, the rest of the order shall be executed upon your agreement with our sales department.
Order Placement
After completing your registration with our website, you may choose the products you want. After selecting the products and adding them to your shopping cart, click the View Cart option and you will be redirected to the final step of your order, where you may view the following:
- The features of the products and services you have selected, as described in our pages, as a result of clicking the relevant links for your online order, which you must check before finalizing your order, leaving no doubt as to the features and properties of the products and services you have ordered. Attention! The company has no responsibility for your failure to receive sufficient information and you shall be solely responsible. At any step of your order, you may call our offices on working days and hours to ask for information about the technical features of the products or the progress of your order. If you have any doubt as to the products you have selected, please do not finalize your order.
- Invoicing details of the applicable natural or legal person and the shipment details of the order.
- The final price of the products or services of your order, including VAT and any additional shipping or COD fees. The product prices indicated on the page of each product are the final prices (VAT incl.), and net values are also listed. Attention! The prices indicated on the page of each product available through our online store do not include shipping costs (there is a separate shipping cost calculator), which are calculated later, on the order page, based on the applicable shipping cost rules. In case shipping costs may not be reasonably calculated due to the particular nature of the items, you are asked to provide your express consent when confirming your order by phone, as described above.
- The special discount coupon code field (in case the customer has a discount coupon).
- Available shipping options.
- Available payment options.
- Special billing option field (receipt or invoice).
- Special field for remarks and specific demands.
- Indication for finalizing order and payment obligation.
Every time you place an order, you will receive an automated email within a short time, on behalf of XPATIT S.A., confirming we have received your order and reiterating the contents of the order. This email on our behalf is just to confirm that we have received the order with the listed contents, and it is not an acceptance of order or agreement on terms of sales. No change or new agreement on an order may be accepted, unless in writing and accepted by both parties.
Phone Confirmation of an Order
Each order is executed upon phone confirmation on a first-come-first-served-basis (where this is considered appropriate for the purpose of protecting the client's interests or in the event of an error in the placement of the order), and given the product availability. All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday by 15:30 except on national holidays. Any order placed after the above mentioned shipping hours shall be executed on the following working day, given the product availability.
Order Cancellation due to Buyer’s Remorse
You may cancel your order due to remorse in one of the above ways, only if the item has not been invoiced and dispatched to the relevant logistics and courier companies. To cancel an order, you may either email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call our offices as soon as possible. To cancel an order you have to indicate your order number. We shall not consider an order as canceled, unless you provide a relevant confirmation in one of the above mentioned ways.
In case you have paid for your order using one of the available payment options before canceling your approved order and we have already received your payment, we shall refund your payment within fourteen (14) calendar days, in the same way you have paid (reversal of the amount in a bank account, payment in cash, etc.) (in that case interbank transaction costs shall be borne by the customer). Otherwise, if a payment order has been given but we have not received the payment yet (e.g. in case of credit card payment where the bank has not transferred the amount to our company), we shall expedite any action necessary and any statement to any relevant organization (bank, etc.) within fourteen (14) calendar days, to notify them of your order cancellation (at the same time, you shall be notified of the procedure by email) and their obligation to pay you any amount you may have been charged. In that case, we shall be deemed as having fulfilled our obligations, and any refunds shall be based on the terms of the agreement connecting the customer to the third party (bank, etc.) and we shall bear no responsibility as to the time of refund or reversal of any relevant charges.
